NOTE: The sailing cruise with the Jervis Bay Sailing Discovery package is subject to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 guests per cruise and in the case of bad weather, it may be necessary to replace the sailing cruise with a dolphin/whale watching cruise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- These rates are valid from 01/4/10 to 31/3/11
- A minimum 2 night stay is required during peak periods. A $50.00 per adult and $25.00 per child dinner surcharge is applicable on christmas night 25/12/10 when dining in the Gunyah for packages that include dinner.
- Rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast as well as use of canoes & bikes unless stated otherwise.
- Child rates are only applicable when sharing with one full paying adult. Children aged 13 yrs and over are charged as adults.
- Check-in is from 2.00pm Check-out is 11.00am.
- Guests have unlimited access to coffee and tea in the Gunyah.
- Bookings are not confirmed until a $200.00 deposit has been received.
- Paperbark Camp is closed from 14/06/10 to 02/09/10 for Winter.
- A $200.00 cancellation fee per tent is payable for all cancellations of less than 7 days notice unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice or no-shows will incur a charge equal to the value of one nights accommodation and meals.
- All rates are GST inclusive.
- Maximum number of guests per tent (room) is four. We do not recommend four adults share, it is more suitable for either 3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 younger children.
- Paperbark Camp does not serve lunch, though we do offer picnic lunches for guests to take with them for the day.
- No children under 5 years of age unless by special arrangement. Children must be sharing with at least one full paying adult to be eligible for the childrens rate. A maximum of three children is allowed per room.
Booking Instructions:
Paperbark Camp asks that all booking requests be received in writing, preferably by email to info@paperbarkcamp.com.au.
We attempt to reply to all requests within 24 hrs, however when more immediate confirmation is required we suggest you phone us on +61-2-4441 6066.
When booking, please advise:
- Arrival and departure dates,
- how many pax
- Beds required-Double (Queen/King) or Twin (please note a twin is 2 single beds)
- children’s ages if also travelling
- full names of all guests where possible
- any specific dietary requirements
